Islamabad, Pakistan — May 18, 2026 — ABHI Microfinance Bank Limited (ABHI MFB), has entered into a strategic partnership with BetaCodes Pak Private Limited to introduce an innovative Advance Salary (Earned Wage Access) service for employees.
The dual agreements were officially executed during a signing ceremony held at the ABHI Microfinance Bank Head Office in Islamabad. The MOU was signed by Muhammad Umer Rauf, Head of Transaction & Employee Banking at ABHI Microfinance Bank Limited, and Waqar Ali, Chief Executive Officer of BetaCodes Pak Private Limited.
Under this partnership, employees of BetaCodes Pak Private Limited will be able to access a portion of their earned but unpaid salary instantly through ABHI Microfinance Bank digital platform and mobile application. This service is designed to enhance financial flexibility, improve employee well-being, and provide on-demand access to earned wages before the traditional payroll cycle.
Through ABHI Microfinance Bank branchless banking infrastructure, eligible employees will be able to:
- Request instant salary advances during the monthly salary cycle
- Receive funds directly into mobile or bank accounts
- Repay automatically through payroll deductions processed by the employer
BetaCodes Pak Private Limited will facilitate payroll integration and salary settlement processes, ensuring smooth and timely repayment of advances in accordance with the agreed framework. BetaCodes Pak Private Limited also welcomed the partnership, noting that the service will enhance employee satisfaction and strengthen financial resilience within its workforce. The service is governed by a formal agreement between both parties and operates in compliance with the State Bank of Pakistan’s branchless banking regulations.
